New Era for long established local firm

Symes Bains Broomer solicitors in Scunthorpe Goole and Howden have obtained authorisation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority to be licensed as an Alternative Business Structure from 1st October 2018. This means the practice may adopt the new flexible business structure which enables non lawyers to hold senior positions within the business, and take a stake in the practice. Symes Bains Broomer has combined this authorisation with incorporation as a Limited Company, and will trade as Symes Bains Broomer limited going forwards.
